At Meineke Car Care Center, operated by Beacon Auto Repair LLC, we're redefining what it means to trust your auto shop and fix cars fast. We currently operate 13 locally owned Meineke locations across the Chicago, IL, area, combining the power of a national brand with the transparency and care of a family-run business. From Northbrook to Oak Park and everywhere in between, our goal is simple: to fix cars fast as the most trusted name in car care.

Founded in early 2021 by Michael-Bryant Hicks, a Harvard-trained attorney and mission-driven entrepreneur, Beacon Auto Repair began with a bold vision: to bring honesty, equity, and community-first values back to the auto repair industry. Michael and his family opened their first Meineke location in Northbrook, Illinois, in March 2021. Today, with locations in Oak Lawn, Mundelein, Crestwood, Chicago Ridge, Niles, Northlake, Bolingbrook, Addison, Des Plaines, Rogers Park (Chicago), Belmont, and Oak Park, our network has expanded, but our purpose remains the same.
